Relational transport: photons and neutrinos

Established physics
Both can arrive from far away, by different rules
Neutrinos have no strong or electromagnetic interaction and interact only rarely with matter. Their flavour states are mixtures of mass states; relative phases change during propagation, so the flavour detected can oscillate.
Cosmological photon redshift is conventionally described by the expansion of the universe stretching light’s wavelength. That observed energy change does not, by itself, show that an emission imprint has been erased.

χ-framework proposal
The source sets a start; the path shapes what is read out
This provisional expression treats a neutrino’s local source Q as an initial calibration, while the route through χmeta contributes to its evolving flavour projection. It is an analogy-led research heuristic, not a derived oscillation law.
For photons, the framework instead proposes that an emission-encoded χ configuration can persist while observed energy shifts with relational disparity between emission and observation. The framework’s proposed redshift interpretation remains separate from the standard cosmological account.

Ultra-nano post
χₚ ⇢ Qₛ ⇢ Π : photons carry an imprint; neutrinos let flavour flow. ∴ path matters.
